فكرة معرض ليبيا للطيران

رحلتي مع معرض ليبيا للطيران رحلة طويلة شاقة وشيقة , مسيرة بدأت منذ نهاية القرن العشرين , بل ربما أبعد من ذلك التاريخ , كنت في سن العاشرة في سنة 1964 ف عندما دخلت إلى قاعدة الملاحة في اليوم المفتوح وشاهدت الطائرات في مرا بضها والجمهور مقسم إلى مجموعات ملتفين حول الطائرات , مع وجود بعض العروض الجوية , وقد كان هذا أول عرض للطيران أشاهده عن قرب , هذا الحدث حمس في داخلي حب الطيران ففي شهر الثمور 1973 ف التحقت بالقوات المسلحة وبعد التدريب العسكري الأساسي في الخمس , سافرنا إلى فرنسا في شهر النوار سنة 1974 ف , حيث حطت بنا الطائرة في مطار أورلي ومنه نقلنا إلى قاعدة لابورجيه بباريس , القاعدة التي تقام فيها عروض لابورجيه الجوية العالمية , وهناك شاهدنا عروضا بهلوانية لبعض الطائرات , ربما مما سبق كون عندي رؤية مستقبلية لإقامة معرض جوي للطائرات بالوطن , وأذكر أنني في قاعدة جمال عبد الناصر الجوية سنة 1982 ف عندما قمنا بعرض إحدى طائرات الميراج الغير صالحة في بوابة قاعدة جمال عبدا لناصر , تمنيت في تلك اللحظة لو انه قمنا بتجميع كل الطائرات القديمة والغير صالحه وعرضها في ساحة معينة ليشاهدها الجمهور عن قرب , في سنة 1996 ف , وعندما كنت أتفقد صلاحية الطائرات أو الذهاب إلى خط الطيران كنت ملزما بالمرور على ساحة تحوى على مجموعة من الطائرات القديمة والتي تحتاج لبعض الصيانة في هيكلها لجعلها تبدو وكأنها جديدة مثل F 5 , 39 L و T 33 , العمودية , من هنا رسخت في ذهني فكرة القيام بتجميع هذه الطائرات في ساحة معينة بعد صيانتها صيانة بسيطة , وهي تعتبر كبداية لمشروع كبير (( معرض للطيران )) , وهكذا وبعد أن ترسخت الفكرة وتخمرة في ذهني وبعد دراستها من جميع النواحي تقدمت في سنة 1999ف بمذكرة إلى جهات الاختصاص , وضحت فيها كل ما نحتاجه لإقامة معرض دائم للطيران والدفاع , مع الإشارة بإقامة معارض دولية للطيران , وقد جددت المذكرة مرة أخرى في سنة 2003 ف وأحيلت إلى المعنيين .
وتمت الموافقة على المذكرة بإقامة المعرض الدائم للطيران والدفاع .
وصدر قرار بإنشاء المعرض الدائم للطيران وكلفت بإدارته .
نعم طال الوقت ولكنني لم افقد الأمل , وتحديت كل الصعاب والعقبات وتصادمت مع الكل مسئولين وغير مسئولين , وكنت أتناقش مع كل من يعارض , وكلهم يضعون التكاليف المالية عقبة , ولكنني كنت أوضح بان التكاليف المالية لا تمثل عائق لأننا عندما نستدعى الشركات للقيام بعروضها الجوية فإننا سنقوم باستثمار كل شيء لهم , وبذلك فإننا لو استثمرنا مبلغا فان هذا المبلغ سوف يتضاعف عشرات المرات .
وتحقق الأمل أخيرا بعد أن استلم المسئولين في جهة عملي رسالة في بداية سنة 2006 ف من الإخوة في الطيران المدني يشيرون فيها بأنهم سوف يشرعون في إقامة معرض جوي ( لاحظوا التاريخ متى فكر الاخوة في الطيران المدني في هذا المشروع سنة 2006 ف بينما قدمت مذكرتي في سنة 1999 ف هذا بإلاتباثات ) , طبعا المشروع تم تمريره من بعض الزملاء وأنا لا ألومه فالفترة طالت من 1999 ف إلى 2006 ف لم يتخذ اى إجراء من قبل إدارتنا , وان كنت ألومه على عدم اعلامي بذلك , فقام هو بتمرير الفكرة إلى جهة أخرى ربما تكون لديها القدرة على عمل شيء وفعلا احتضنت هذه الجهة الفكرة وتبنتها , وهكذا كلفت معه بحضور الاجتماعات التحضيرية , وقد كانت اجتماعات أسبوعية استمرت لمدة سنة , تخللتها عدة اجتماعات مع مديري المباشر الذي صرح أكثر من مرة في عدة اجتماعات بأن فكرة المعرض هي من فكرتي .
وكانت تصريحاته هذه زادا لي في رفع روحي المعنوية , وقد التزمت الصمت ولم أقم بأي تصريح بالخصوص ولماذا احتاج للتصريح ومديري المباشر هو الذي يدفع بي في الاتجاه الصحيح وزملائي كلهم يعلمون أنها فكرتي .
والحمد لله نجح معرض ليبيا للطيران رغم كل العقبات وقلة الإمكانيات.
